The Sushi Soulmate was created in February 2019 from a desire to help smaller restaurants promote their businesses and to help sushi consumers know where to go for the best possible dining experience. In her free time, Natalie enjoys reading, playing piano, and going to the dog park with her dogs Maisel & Olive.
